Question 1: How will my order be impacted by the recent 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak?

ANSWER: Every distributor(final buyer) in China is different. Your order will not necessarily be impacted, but it depends on the unique situation of the distributor you’re working with. If your distributor is located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, delays are still expected to continue. To get latest updates prior your order, we advise you contact your distributor directly.

Question 2: Will my shipment get delayed due to the coronavirus (COVID-19)

ANSWER: The main event the caused logistics delays in early February was the annual Chinese Lunar New Year holiday. Logistics arrangements have gradually resumed after the holiday in most locations. However, delays are expected to continue in Wuhan, Hubei Province.
